Repair Process
STEP1 Contact
Please contact us by phone or through our inquiry form. We will discuss your computer symptoms and repair needs.

STEP2 Consultation
We will ask for details about your computer issue. If you request STEP4 Diagnosis & Estimate, a fee of 5,000 JPY (excluding tax) applies, but it will be waived if you proceed to STEP5 Repair.
STEP3 Drop-off
Please bring your computer and power adapter to Community University Computer Classroom Mobara Campus. There may be temporary closures or break times, so please check business hours in advance.

STEP4 Diagnosis & Estimate
We will diagnose your computer and provide a repair plan and cost estimate. If you proceed with the repair, the 5,000 JPY (excluding tax) diagnosis & estimate fee will be waived.
STEP5 Repair
After your approval, we will proceed with the repair. We try to work quickly depending on the issue, but it may take longer if replacement parts need to be ordered.
STEP6 Completion
We will confirm the operation and complete the repair if there are no issues. We will notify you at your registered phone number when the repair is finished.
STEP7 Pickup
Please pick up your computer at Community University Computer Classroom Mobara Campus. Payment is accepted at the time of pickup.
